Yes, Dr. Bindu runs her practice on a No Gap Billing policy for Consultations as well as Surgeries.
Minor procedures performed in the rooms may incur a nominal charge which equates to the value of actual consumables used (that are not covered by Medicare or Healthfunds).
Yes. Dr Bindu enjoys meeting local GPs and can visit your practice for a Lunch & Learn session.

Breast imaging (mammogram and ultrasound) and biopsy are the standard ‘minimum’ investigations.
Dr Bindu will arrange further investigations (including blood tests and staging scans) if required.
No. Dr Bindu does not perform routine cosmetic surgery.
If a patient has a concern regarding her breasts on the background of previous cosmetic surgery, Dr Bindu is happy to assess them and treat as appropriate.
Yes. Dr Bindu will arrange Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy as needed through the hospitals that she works.
We encourage a friend or family member accompany you on your consultation with the surgeon. If your family or friends can better understand your condition and treatment, they can also provide suitable help if and when required.

The patient is normally discharged from the hospital in a day or two after the procedure.
Please refer to any specific instructions provided to you by your specialist doctor, the anaesthetist and the hospital prior to your discharge from hospital. Strict adherance to post-operative instructions will help expedite your recovery time.
